Every product has limitations, and synthetic palm is no exception. Our commitment is to provide truthful information about its advantages and limitations so that our customers can make informed decisions about what they are purchasing. We do not believe in "miracle products" or "indestructible" products, and we avoid practices that could lead to deception. Therefore, we prefer to communicate clearly and transparently, rather than hide the truth or exaggerate it for commercial purposes in order to sell a "miracle product."
We are aware of the great dangers posed by hurricanes, and precisely for that reason, we act objectively, without daring to guarantee that our clients' property is safe from the onslaught of a hurricane that devastates everything in its path, except for a palapa, simply because it is covered with synthetic palm thatch made of polyethylene.
The same applies to claims that synthetic palm thatch is fireproof, when in fact chemical products are overused to prevent combustion. These chemicals, when exposed to fire, produce abundant and dense toxic smoke, which, if inhaled by any living being, will cause severe injury or even death—something that seems to be of no concern to some.
With these reflections, we aim to provide our clients with objective information so they can follow their common sense and decide for themselves what they believe is most reasonable, without bias or fanaticism. We reiterate that using deceptive advertising and spreading lies simply to make a sale has no place in our business policies.
Sincerely,
General Management
